Metrology, international standards

Technology of sensors used in aeronautical maintenance (pressure, force, temperature, etc.)
Characteristics and performance of measurement chains
Measurement uncertainties and definitional uncertainties
Principles of calibration
2 dedicated practical exercises:
Dynamometric measurements and deformations
Pressure and temperature measurements



Teaching method
On-line courses on Moodle. Face-to-face sessions are devoted to answering students' questions and applying concepts to case studies.
Practical work is followed by an experimental report and/or oral presentation.
