Quality Assurance II

At the end of the various courses and exchanges, students will be aware of quality management strategies in companies. They will be familiar with the key concepts and words in this field, enabling them to seek out internships or work-study placements in this area.

Quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry: from text to case studies: presentation of how a pharmaceutical company operates, its different departments, sectors and technologies. Origin and history of GMP, presentation of major quality systems, practical illustration: the role of QA on a day-to-day basis. Knowledge and control of the product and process: understanding the challenges of risk management in the pharmaceutical industry. Introduction to the objectives and methods of qualification/validation.
