1A teaching Biological macromolecules UE BC1 S5 and DSP1 Biomolecules BC2 S5
Further information
Protein identification by mass spectrometry. Protein characterization (exact molecular mass, post-translational modifications). Relative protein quantification: non-targeted (SILAC, iTRAQ, LabelFree) and targeted (MRM and PRM) approaches and absolute protein quantification (AQUA). Protein localization (LOPIT). Technologies for studying protein-protein interactions. Examples of proteomics applications (identification of proteins in complex mixtures, identification of ligand-targeted proteins).
