Crystallogenesis and crystallography: from crystal to 3D structure, measurement of interactions by surface plasmon resonance, experimental introduction to NMR spectroscopy. Introduction to cryo-electron microscopy. Presentation of the Bordeaux Proteome Platform's instrumentation and RetD expertise (analysis of proteins, glycoproteins/glycopeptides, lipid constituents, MALDI-Orbitrap mass spectrometry imaging and trace and ultra-trace analysis in the field of cultural heritage). Illustration of the activities of the Bordeaux Proteome Platform in the form of a role-playing game.
