Basics of molecular and cellular pharmacology, recent examples of discoveries of drug mode of action, recent examples of discoveries of new drug targets.
Presentation of antiproliferative therapeutic approaches.
Pharmaceutical development, formulation/galenics, future challenges, economic/social considerations.
Clinical research: history, definitions, organization, methodologies, applications, "field" examples.
