Description
This course is divided into several parts.
Part 1 is dedicated to analog communication systems. The principle of analog modulation and a description of the various analog communication chains are given. The implementation of modulation and demodulation in a transceiver is shown.
Part 2 describes the blocks making up an analog communication chain. The aim is to show the different functions found in an analog communication chain. These range from analog filtering to PLL and oscillator. Most of these elements use the amplification function. Since our aim is not to train electronics engineers, we'll use the simplest model to describe the amplification function, namely that of the AOP. A series of MATLAB-based practical exercises will enable us to put into practice the concepts we've learned in class.
