Description
Objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce the use of digital mock-ups to illustrate technical documentation, thus making it more accessible to all employees and partners.
With CATIA Composer software, existing 3D design data can be adapted to create and update high-quality deliverables, including documentation, technical illustrations and animations. These deliverables can also be used for interactive 3D experiences in augmented reality.

Contents
C1 - Discovery of these new tools, presentation of their various uses, presentation of the work required.
TP1 - Discovering and getting to grips with CATIA Composer
Opening and navigating a model with 3DVIA Composer
Capturing views of a model
Adding annotations, modifying rendering
Creating technical illustrations and images
TP2 - Discovering and getting to grips with CATIA Composer
Creating animations
Publishing and sharing 3DVIA Composer content
Project - Mini-Project : Production of a documentation describing the operation of a mechanism using CATIA Composer software
Teaching method
Teaching associated with online resources on Moodle, including videos. The course, practical exercises and project are combined with preparation on Moodle
The project is assessed on the basis of the project report (CATIA Composer model and report).
